Disable Vision 3 functionality
When Vision Appointments Setup is deployed the equivalent functions in Vision 3 are disabled.
Note - Once Vision Appointments Setup is activated this cannot be undone.
Whilst there is no need to do any specific preparation on your appointments system, this may be a good opportunity to tidy up any book owners, unused slots / sessions.
As part of the implementation, Vision Appointments Setup looks at the slots per hour and session length properties in Vision 3 to work each slot duration, these should be reviewed to ensure they meet your practice's requirements.
The installation team will also run a pre-migration data analysis and will advise on any specific actions.
